Mitchell, having filed his Petition for Issuance of Letter and for Unsupervised Administration, and the Court being duly advised now FINDS and ORDERS as follows: 1. Petitioner has alleged that Donna Mitchell has been absent from her usual place of residence, Bartholomew County, Indiana, for more than five (5) years. 2. Pursuant to I.C. § 29-2-6-1, after thirty (30) days' notice has been given by publication in a newspaper of general circulation published at the capital of the state, and also in a paper published in the county where Donna Mitchell last resided in such state, this Court shall hold a hearing to determine Whether a presumption of death should be issued and administration of Donna Mitchell's estate shall be granted. 3.
