The project is located at 500 NW California Blvd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34986. Bids are being solicited for this project. All bids are to be submitted through Building Connected no later than Tuesday, October 28, 2025. Scope of work includes: Selective Demolition, Rough Carpentry, Roofing, Doors Frames & Hardware, Window Tinting, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring – Tile, Resilient & Carpet Tile, Painting, Specialties, Signage, Casework, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Low Voltage, Landscape, and Furnishings.
