LEGAL COUNSEL SERVICES The Board of Education of the Valhalla Union Free School District, Valhalla New York, invites proposals for LEGAL COUNSEL SERVICES Requests for Proposals are obtainable at the Business Office of the Board of Education, 316 Columbus Avenue, Valhalla, New York, during business hours. Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes marked on the outside "Proposal for Legal Counsel Services" and be in the hands of the School Business Administrator, Valhalla Union Free School District, 316 Columbus Avenue, Valhalla, New York, prior to 1:00 PM on June 2, 2026 at which time the proposal will be opened and publicly read aloud by a representative of the Board of Education. The proposals will be tabulated and presented to the Board of Education for action shortly thereafter. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities and accept the one appearing to be in the best interest of the School District.
