LEGAL FILING FOR THE TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL TOWN OF OSSINING The Volunteer Spirited Town 16 Croton Avenue Ossining, N.Y. 10562 Phone: 914-762-8274 Fax: 914-762-8634 www.townofossiningny.gov LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assessor of the Town of Ossining, Westchester County, New York, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year; that a copy thereof is on file in the Assessor's Office, Municipal Building, 16 Croton Avenue, Ossining, New York. The Tentative Assessment Roll will also be published online at the Town of Ossining's web site www.townofossiningny.gov where it may be seen and examined by any person interested. Call the Assessor's Office between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, beginning with the date of June 1, 2026 until the third (3rd) Tuesday of June, to wit; June 16, 2026; and that on such day commencing at 4:30 p.m. thereof and for a period of at least four (4) hours there after the Board of Assessment Review of the Town of Ossining will meet to hear all complaints in relation to such assessments, in application of any person believing themselves aggrieved thereby. Additionally, the Assessor has assessment inventory and valuation data for review online. The Assessor or his designee will be available to discuss the Tentative Assessment Roll on: June 2, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and June 4, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. and June 9, 2026, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. and June 11, 2026, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. and June 15, 2026, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. You must call the Assessor's office for an appointment at (914) 762-8274.
