LEGAL NOTICE 212 School Street, Marshfield, MA TOWN OF MARSHFIELD CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING In compliance with the Regulations of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the "Wetlands Protection Act", and Code of the Town of Marshfield, Chapter 294 Wetlands Protection, a public hearing will be held by the Marshfield Conservation Commission on Wednesday, January 7, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. in the Select Board's Hearing Room, 2nd Floor, Town Hall, 870 Moraine St., Marshfield, to consider the After the Fact Notice of Intent filed by: Ashley Giaimo-Dolan, 212 School Street, Marshfield, M.A. for the permitting of after the fact tree removal and installation of restoration plantings at an existing single-family home within buffer zone to bordering vegetated wetland and the riverfront area at 212 School Street, Marshfield, MA (D12-01-03) (Jesse). The public hearing will be conducted at the Marshfield Town Hall, Select Board's Chamber, 2nd Floor, 870 Moraine Street, Marshfield, Massachusetts. The Commission also informs the public that this public hearing may be conducted remotely as a consequence of the current public health emergency. The applicant and all interested parties are advised to check the Town website and/or Conservation Commission homepage for additional information and details.
