The Hearing will be held on the application of James Fuentes & Branwen Jones for relief from the strict application of Village Code Section 295-52A w/295-20F for the installation of a hot tub/spa in the rear yard of their single-family dwelling located at 3 Floral Drive. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.40-33-5 on the Town of Greenburgh Tax Maps. Non-conformity details of the proposed hot tub/spa are as follows: 1.
