LEGAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF RINGWOOD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been made by Kathryn Spydell, as Applicant and Owner, for variance from the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Ringwood to replace an air conditioning condenser on premises known as Block 741, Lot 1, 129 Skyline Lakes Drive, Ringwood, New Jersey. The variance requested is an 8' side yard setback. The applicant also requests any other variances or waivers the Board deems necessary. A public hearing has been scheduled for Monday, July 20, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. at Ringwood Borough Hall, 60 Margaret King Avenue, Ringwood, New Jersey. When the case is called, you may appear, either in person, or by agent or attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the application.
