LEGAL NOTICE - BOROUGH OF UNION BEACH PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Borough of Union Beach for approval to permit proposed improvements on property located at 935 Fifth Street, also known as Block 37 / Lot 9 on the Tax Map of the Borough.
The applicant, Nathan Hubbard, is requesting bulk/use variance. The application shall also be deemed amended to include any additional approvals, variances, design waivers, deviations, interpretations, or exceptions determined to be necessary during the review and processing of this application.
A copy of the application is on file with the Secretary of the Planning Board and may be inspected in the Borough Clerk's office during normal business hours.
A public hearing on the application will be held on November 25, 2025. A Workshop Meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m., followed by the Regular Meeting at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Municipal Building, 650 Poole Avenue, Union Beach, New Jersey.
