LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF FRAMINGHAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING DEPARTMENT REORGANIZATION PLAN As per Article V Section 1 of the City of Framingham Charter, a public hearing will be held at the City Council Meeting on July 21, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Blumer Room of the Memorial Building, 150 Concord Street, Framingham, Massachusetts, 01702. The purpose of the public hearing will be for the Mayor to present a reorganization plan of city departments. Said plan is to reorganize the Callahan Senior Center with the Framingham Public Library and include Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs with Capital Projects and Facilities Management.
