LEGAL NOTICE CITY OF SUNLAND PARK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TRANSFER OF DISPENSER LIQUOR LICENSE NO. 000196 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Governing Body of the City of Sunland Park, New Mexico, acting as the Local Option District pursuant to the New Mexico Liquor Control Act, NMSA 1978, Section 60-6A-1 et seq., will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., at City Hall, 1000 McNutt Road, Sunland Park, New Mexico 88063. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider the application for transfer of New Mexico Dispenser Liquor License No. 000196 from My Way Holdings, LLC, to SGMNM, LLC, for the licensed premises located at 1200 Futurity Drive, Sunland Park, New Mexico. The New Mexico Alcoholic Beverage Control Division has granted preliminary approval of the transfer application and has forwarded the matter to the City of Sunland Park for consideration and action as required by law. At the Public Hearing, the Governing Body will consider the application and hear any protests, objections, or comments concerning the proposed transfer. All interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place stated above. Written comments may be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk prior to the hearing. Copies of the application are available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1000 McNutt Road, Sunland Park, New Mexico, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The Governing Body reserves the right to continue the Public Hearing to a later date if deemed necessary.
