To Unknown Executors, Administrators, Devisees, Beneficiaries, Heirs, Unknown Spouses of Devisees, Beneficiaries and Heirs and Creditors of Darrell Brechler whose last known places of residence are unknown, each of you will take notice that on March 24, 2026, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Licking County Court of Common Pleas, being Case No. 2026 CV-00570, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the principal amount of $33,818.30, accrued interest in the amount of $905.68 through February 3, 2026, together with interest at the rate of 8.5% from February 4, 2026, late fees in the amount of $17.73, and court costs, applicable to the terms of the Fixed Rate Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 644 North Street, Utica, Ohio 43080. A full description can be obtained from the Licking County Auditor at 20 S. 2nd Street, 2nd floor, Newark, Ohio 43055.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in said Fixed Rate Note, the conditions of said Note and Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendants named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law. Said Defendants are required to file an Answer on or before 28 days after the last week that the publication has run for THREE successive weeks, or judgment may be rendered as prayed for therein.
