SU2025 FD 01783 AMENDED HUSBAND'S PETTION FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE TAKE NOTICE that an application has been made to the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica by RYAN RICARDO WHITMORE for an Order that the personal service of the Amended Husband's Petition For Dissolution of Marriage together with the Notice to the Respondent and Form of Acknowledgement of Service of Matrimonial Proceedings be dispensed with and that the service of the said documents be effected by publishing two (2) Notices thereof, seven (7) days apart in the Palm Beach Post. AND TAKE further notice that the purpose of this application is to notify PAMELLA LOUISE SMITH-WHITMORE of the application and to bring same to the Respondent's attention by relatives and friends. The time for filing the Acknowledgement of Service shall be within twenty-eight (28) days from the date of the last publication of this Notice and the time for the filing of an Answer shall be within fifty-six (56) days from the last publication.
