JACKSON TOWNSHIP PLANNING BOARD
Tyler Mocreia has made application to the Jackson Township Planning Board for a conditional use permit to allow as a Home Occupation the operation of Mocreia Motor & Marine, LLC, a small, part-time business operated by Mr. Mocreia to provide basic mechanical and maintenance services for motor vehicles and marine equipment with all operations being conducted exclusively within a 1,200 square foot detached garage located on his residential property at 608 Oakwood Avenue, Jackson, New Jersey 08527, also known as Block 10201, Lot 8 on the Tax Map, in the R-1 Zone. It is anticipated that this business will service only 1 to 3 vehicles per quarter, and there will be no external display of goods, outdoor activities, or signage. No construction or modifications will be made to alter the garage's fire rating, expand capacity, or change the existing dwelling. There will be no employees other than Mr. Mocreia. No noise will be generated that is audible to adjacent property owners. The aforesaid Application has been scheduled for a hearing before the Jackson Township Planning Board at the Municipal Building, 95 West Veterans Highway, Jackson, New Jersey on December 1, 2025 commencing at 6:30 P.M. The Application, survey of the property, and supporting documents are on file in the Office of the Planning Board of Jackson Township in the Municipal Building and are available for public inspection for a period of ten (10) days prior to the date of the hearing during normal business hours.
