Lacey Township Zoning Board of Adjustment
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT ON THE 1st DAY OF DECEMBER, 2025, THE LACEY TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS DURING ITS REGULAR MEETING:
1. Resolution of Approval #V25-15/V23-10: amended site plan approval including a change in the traffic circulation pattern to comply with NJDOT regulations and a reduction in impervious surface coverage to comply with CAFRA regulations of 301-303 South Main St., Forked River, NJ 08731, located at Block 271, Lots 2-8 and 302 South Main St., Block 229, Lot 36 Applicant: Riverview Rentals, LLC c/o Christopher Supsie, Esq.
2. Resolution of Approval#V25-19: C type variances to construct a 1-story dwelling addition on a lot area of 10,039 sf where 15,000 sf is required; a rear yard setback of 12.75 ft where 30 ft is required; a side yard setback of 9.36 ft where 20 ft is required; and a total combined side yard setback of 20.56 ft where 40 ft is required. Block 1634, Lot 12, 46 Haines St., Lanoka Harbor. Applicant: Moore.
The resolutions memorializing the above applications along with all plans & related documents are on file in Lacey Township's Zoning Board Office & are available for inspection during regular business hours.
