PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT ON THE 2nd DAY OF MARCH, 2026, THE LACEY TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT ADOPTED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTIONS DURING ITS REGULAR MEETING:
Resolution of Approval #V25-25 c type variances to construct an in-ground pool, paver patio, covered patio, and masonry retaining wall with a rear yard setback (pool) of 4.7 ft where 15 ft is required, a rear yard setback (patio) of 5.1 ft where 15 ft is required, a rear yard setback (principal structure) of 23.8 ft (existing condition) where 25 ft is required, and a lot width of 65.5 ft (existing condition) where 75 ft. 1206 Spoonbill Ct., Forked River, NJ. Block 101.12, Lot 169.01. Applicant: c/o Christopher Supsie, Esq.
2. Resolution of Approval#V25-27: Preliminary and Final Minor Site Plan approval for a Group Home Residence; a d(1) Use Variance to permit a group home in the C-150 Highway Business Zone where said use is not permitted & design waivers to permit driveway width of 13.53 ft where 30 ft is required; minimum landscape buffer of 0 ft where 5 ft is required; and a side yard setback for the driveway of 0 ft where 10 ft is required. as 202 North Main St, Forked River, NJ, located at Block 314, Lot 18.
