LEGAL NOTICE — LINDENWOLD VARIANCE APPLICATION
Take notice that the undersigned has applied to the Joint Land Use Board of the Borough of Lindenwold for an after-the-fact bulk variance for impervious coverage exceeding the maximum permitted 30% due to an existing concrete driveway extension/parking area and related walkway improvements at 229 E. Maple Avenue, Lindenwold, NJ.
The property is identified as Block 114, Lot 3, Zone R-1. The property will continue to be used as a single-family detached residential dwelling. In addition, the applicant will be requesting any and all other variances, waivers, and/or ordinance interpretations as may be necessary.
A public hearing will be held on June 25, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lindenwold Municipal Building, 15 N. White Horse Pike, Lindenwold, NJ 08021. Interested parties may appear in person or by attorney and present any objections. The application and supporting documents are on file in the office of the Board Secretary and are available for inspection during normal business hours.
