LEGAL NOTICE - LIQUOR LICENSE TRANSFER TAKE NOTICE that CALL THE BALL BILLIARDS, INC., a New Jersey corporation (the "Applicant") with a place of business at 1142 U.S. Highway Route 46 West, Clifton, New Jersey 07013, has applied to the Clifton Board of Alcoholic Beverage Control of the CITY OF CLIFTON for place-to-place transfer approval for the transfer of the Plenary Retail Consumption License, License Number 1602-33-071-005 (the "liquor license") to the premises located at 1142 U.S. Highway Route 46 West, Clifton, New Jersey 07013. Upon completion of this transfer, the liquor license will be located at 1142 U.S. Highway Route 46 West, Clifton, New Jersey 07013 and the Applicant intends to engage in the retail sale of alcoholic beverages under the terms and conditions allowed by law.
