LEGAL NOTICE MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held by the MARSHFIELD ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. to consider the following: #26-39: David Babel – The Petitioner is seeking a Special Permit in accordance with §§ 305-9.02 and 305-10.12 of the Marshfield Municipal Code to allow for the construction of a new 4' x 4' one-story addition and associated roofline alterations to the existing nonconforming single-family dwelling on the nonconforming property located at 73 Seaview Avenue, which is further identified on the Assessors' Maps as being on parcel G16-07-07 and is located in the R-1 Zoning District.
