NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
(Over $50,000)
Pursuant to Ala. Code §39-1-1 (1975), notice is hereby given that Habitat for Humanity of Tuscaloosa has completed its contract with the City of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, for the fiscal year 2024 CDBG Home Repair Program for individual projects at the following addresses: 2520 Fosters Ferry Road, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401; 140 22nd Avenue E., Tuscaloosa, AL 35404; 3528 2nd Avenue, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405; 2620 Colonial Drive NE, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404; 4422 1st Place NE, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404; 502 34th Ave., Tuscaloosa, AL 35401; 4821 12th Avenue E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35405; 5021 14th Place East, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404. A final settlement will not be made upon the contract until the expiration of thirty (30) days after completion of notice. Any person or firm having claims on said Project for materials or labor should contact the above contractor at: 2222 9th St, Ste. 201, Tuscaloosa, AL 35401 in the time and manner as required by law.
