LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION In accordance with requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit, this is to notify interested parties of proposed construction by the Town of Plainfield. The US-40 and Vandalia Boulevard Intersection Improvements project includes asphalt paving, concrete work, traffic signal modifications and storm sewer installation in Hendricks County, in the Town of Plainfield. The project is at the intersection of US-40 and Vandalia Boulevard in Section 33, Township 15 North, Range 1 East. A Notice of Intent will be filed with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management with the intent to discharge stormwater from construction activities.
