LAKE PARK COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 163.380(3)(a), Florida Statutes, that the Lake Park Community Redevelopment Agency ("CRA") is accepting sealed proposals for the purchase and redevelopment of real property located at 800 Park Avenue, Lake Park, Florida, within the CRA district.
The CRA intends to dispose of this property for community redevelopment purposes consistent with the Lake Park CRA Redevelopment Plan. Interested private redevelopers or persons are invited to submit proposals for acquisition and redevelopment of the property.
Proposals must include a comprehensive redevelopment plan, financing plan, evidence of financial capacity, developer qualifications, and description of community benefits consistent with CRA goals.
It is the desire of the CRA to encourage active commercial uses at this location, including but not limited to a locally owned restaurant, brewery, or distillery use.

The CRA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities, and to negotiate with qualified proposers as deemed in the best interest of the CRA.
All CRA Board considerations shall be made at a duly noticed public meeting.
