TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANT STUART ROFFMAN: An action is pending against you in the Norfolk County (MA) Superior Court, 650 High Street, Dedham, Massachusetts 02026, by Plaintiff Republic Bank & Trust Company, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 235, §§ 14 and 23A (the "Massachusetts Action"), seeking to recognize and domesticate a final judgment rendered in the State of Florida against you in the case captioned Republic Bank & Trust Company v. Amstar Tampa, LLC, et al., filed in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, Hillsborough County (FL) bearing Case No. 2019-CA-4861 (the "Florida Action"). Default has been entered against you in the Massachusetts Action pursuant to Mass. R. Civ. P. 55(a) for failing to answer or otherwise respond to the Complaint filed against you. Pursuant to Mass. R.
