LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Trustees of the WEST PEORIA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT in Peoria County, Illinois, that a tentative Budget and Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the WEST PEORIA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, and ending June 30, 2026, is on file and conveniently available for public inspection at the fire house at 406 North Waverly Avenue in the City of West Peoria, Peoria County, Illinois. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing on said Budget and Annual Appropriation Ordinance will be held at 6:00 PM o'clock on November 18, 2025, at the fire house at 406 North Waverly Avenue in the City of West Peoria, Illinois, the same being within the WEST PEORIA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT.
