LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWNSHIP OF BERLIN COUNTY OF CAMDEN LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWNSHIP OF BERLIN COUNTY OF CAMDEN Public notice is here by given, that the Township Council of the Township of Berlin will hold a public hearing on October 20, 2025 at 5:30pm, at the Berlin Township Municipal Building, 135 Route 73 South, West Berlin, New Jersey, to consider the application of Shalonda Archibald for a Special Animal Permit (Class IV Fowl) and associated waivers for the property located at 358 Franklin Ave. W., Berlin, NJ 08091, also known as Block [818], Lot [8] on the official tax maps of the Township of Berlin. The application seeks approval to maintain a chicken coop (5ft x 6ft) and an enclosed run (5ft x 7ft x 3ft) for a maximum of six (6) hens. The application further requests variance relief from the required 50-foot setback requirement to permit the following: a side yard setback of 10 feet, a rear yard setback of 5 feet, and a front yard setback of 97 feet, together with any other waivers that may be determined to be necessary during the review and hearing process.
