LEGAL NOTICE OF BUSINESS CLOSURE Notice is hereby given that Brittany Eshelman, LMHC, LPC under fictitious name Brittany Eshelman Counseling, located at 8586 Potter Park Drive Sarasota, FL 34238 and 2160 Darley Oak Way North Port, FL 34289 will permanently cease operations effective August 1, 2026. In accordance with Florida law and applicable professional regulations, client records will be retained as follows: Adult client records will be maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the date of last contact; minor client records will be maintained for a minimum of seven (7) years after the minor reaches the age of eighteen (18). Client records may be released to the client, the client's legal representative, or another licensed mental health professional designated by the client.
