LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 1202.02 and 1203.13 of the City of Hudson Land Development Code of the City of Hudson, Ohio, the Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 10th, 2025, 7:30 p.m. in the meeting room of Town Hall, 27 East Main Street, Hudson, OH 44236 to consider Case no. 2025-1284, a proposed Text and Zoning Map Amendment request to amend Chapter 1205, Chapter 1206, Chapter 1207, and Chapter 1213 of the Land Development Code. The proposal would establish a new zoning district, Zoning District 11. The parcels highlighted on the attached reference map would be rezoned from the current District 8 to District 11. Two parcels on the attached reference map would be rezoned from the current District 8 to District 7.
The applicant is the City of Hudson. A copy of the application is on file in the Department of Community Development Office of the City of Hudson, 1140 Terex Road, Hudson, Ohio 44236, and is available for public inspection either in person or sent via e-mail.
