Legal Notice of Special Meeting and Board Retreat – July 9, 2026
Pursuant to Palm Beach State College District Board of Trustees Policy 6Hx-18-1.02, the District Board of Trustees of Palm Beach State College will hold a special meeting on Thursday, July 9, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The meeting is open to the public and will be held in the Multi-Media Board Room, CE 129, on the Lake Worth Campus of Palm Beach State College, located at 4200 South Congress Avenue, Lake Worth, FL 33461.
The purpose of this special meeting is for the District Board of Trustees to consider and take possible action regarding an extension of notice for the College's public-private partnership unsolicited proposal process.
Following the special meeting, at 11:00 a.m., the Board will hold an in-person Board retreat. The meeting is open to the public and will be held in the President's Conference Room, CBP 321, on the Lake Worth Campus of Palm Beach State College, located at 4200 South Congress Avenue, Lake Worth Fl 33461.
The purpose of the Board retreat is for the District Board of Trustees to receive information and engage in discussion regarding Board governance, Board roles and responsibilities, strategic priorities, institutional planning, and related College business. No final action is anticipated at the Board retreat.
Copies of the agendas for both, the special meeting and the retreat, will be available prior to the meeting in the President's Office on the Palm Beach State College Lake Worth Campus, located at 4200 South Congress Avenue, AD-210, Lake Worth, Florida 33461, as well as on the College's website at Board of Trustee Meetings and Agenda.
