This rebid is for Mechanical/HVAC primes only. Documents for this Project, will be received by SUNY Broome Community College's Purchasing Office, 907 Front Street, Bldg.# 135 Campus Services, Binghamton, New York, 13905 until November 4, 2025, at 2:00 pm local time. Bids will be publicly opened and read November 4, 2025, at 2:15 pm in the Purchasing Office at the Campus Services Building, 907 Front Street, Binghamton, NY 13905. ALL QUESTIONS SHOULD BE IN WRITING TO THE ADDRESS LISTED BELOW. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER October 31, 2025 at 2:00 pm. The Notice to Bidders and the Contract Documents that include, but are not limited to the drawings and specifications, may be obtained Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am-5pm at 907 Front Street, Bldg.# 135 Campus Services Building, Purchasing Office, Binghamton, New York 13905.
