LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE SEALED PROPOSALS for Vernon College Vernon College seeks Competitive Sealed Proposals for the work identified below in accordance with Proposal Documents and addenda as may be issued prior to the date of proposal opening will be received by Vernon College, until proposal closing date and time, as identified below. Proposals from Proposers will then be opened in public and read aloud. OWNER: Vernon College, 4400 College Drive, Vernon, Texas 76384 PROJECT: RFCSP 25046 Vernon College Primary Residence Hall Electrical Upgrades The project consists of electrical work with associated upgrades to the Primary Residence Hall which includes demolition/removal of outdated or abandoned electrical equipment and fixtures, replacement of exterior lighting, replacement of designated interior light fixtures, replacement of indicated electrical panels, refurbishment of electrical switch gear, patch and repair of damaged walls and ceilings/soffits (damaged during replacement or demolition) and other miscellaneous construction items as indicated or noted on the plans and specifications.
