A report of Unclaimed Property has been made to the Comptroller of the State of New York, pursuant to Section 301 of the Abandoned Property Law. A list of the names contained in such notice is on file and open to public inspection in the branch offices of Genesee Regional Bank, where such property is payable. Such property will be paid on or before October 31, 2025 to persons establishing to its satisfaction their right to receive the same. In the succeeding November, and on or before the tenth day thereof, such unclaimed property will be paid to the Comptroller of the State of New York, and shall thereupon cease to be liable therefore.
