LEGAL NOTICE The Public Safety and Corrections (PS&C) Committee of the Steuben County Legislature and the Steuben County Sheriff will receive competitive sealed bids per specifications for Fire Alarm System Upgrade; document #GC-25-039-B. Bid documents are available at the Purchasing Department, 3 East Pulteney Square, Bath, New York. Telephone number: 607-664-2484. These documents are also available on the Steuben County website at www.steubencountyny.gov. Interested parties assume all responsibility to acquire bid information and forms. Bids will be received at the Purchasing Department until 1:30 P.M. local time on September 25, 2025, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read. A non-mandatory pre-proposal site visit is scheduled on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, 10:00am, at the Steuben County Public Safety Building (PSB), 7007 Rumsey St. Extension, Bath NY.
