LEGAL NOTICE State of Alabama, Autauga County, Probate Court In the matter of the Estate of Evelyn Bradford, Deceased, Charles N. Bradford, Executor, ­Case No. 22-253. To: Nicole Stecker, Rachel St. Clair, Sarah Rohan, Shawn Youngblood and Ryan Rohan, and all other interested persons and parties. Whereas, Charles N. Bradford, filed his Petition for Final Consent Settlement of Ancillary Estate and Discharge as Ancillary Executor on September 12, 2025, requesting a hearing regarding his Petition for Final Consent Settlement of Ancillary Estate and Discharge as Ancillary Executor and other matters described therein. Whereupon, it is ordered that the 3rd day of November, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. be appointed as the date and time on which to hear the said Petition of Charles N. Bradford, as Petitioner aforesaid, in the chambers of the Honorable Kimberly G. Kervin, Judge of the Probate Court for Autauga County, Alabama, at which time all interested parties can appear and contest or otherwise respond to the said Petition if they think proper. Notice of said hearing should be given by publication once a week for three successive weeks in the Prattville Progress, a newspaper of general circulation in Autauga County, Alabama.
