Legal Notice In the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama Arivo Acceptance, LLC, as assignee, transferee and successor-in-interest to Budget Car sales of Columbus, Inc., v. Kiree D. Curry Case No. 03-CV-2025-900037 This cause of action is a civil lawsuit against Kiree D. Curry based on breach of contract and damages. Said contract is past due in the sum of $20,905.00 plus court costs. In this cause, it is made to appear to the Court, by the affidavit of counsel for Plaintiff stating that Defendants are avoiding service and have concealed him/herself so that the summons and complaint cannot be served upon him/her, and further, that said Defendants are over the age of twenty-one (21) years. It is, therefore, ordered that publication be made in The Montgomery Advertiser, a newspaper published in the City of Montgomery, County of Montgomery and State of Alabama, for four (4) consecutive weeks, and the said Defendant is hereby notified of the issuance of said summons and complaint, and to be and appear if he/she thinks proper to defend this action at the present term of this Court, and within thirty days after this notice by publication is completed.
