SPECIAL PERMIT – PLANNED MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Chapter 40A, Section 9 of the Massachusetts General Laws and Chapter 305 Section 13.06, Planned Mixed Use Development, of the Marshfield Municipal Code that a remote (Zoom) public hearing will be held by the Marshfield Planning Board on Monday, November 3, 2025 at 7:05pm to consider and hear comments on the Planned Mixed-Use District (PMUD) Special Permit Modification Application submitted by the Boys and Girls Club of Marshfield. The applicant proposes to construct a 5,613 s.f. building with associated modification to parking, utilities, and stormwater necessary to service the new site facilities. The proposed building will be used as a teen center for the Boys and Girls Club of Marshfield. The property is owned by the Town of Marshfield. The property is located at 37 Proprietor's Drive in the I-1 Industrial and PMUD Overlay Zoning Districts and is further identified on the Assessor's Map as Parcel E09-01-18B. The remote hearing will be on ZOOM. The link to attend the meeting will be posted on the Town of Marshfield, MA website calendar at least 48 hours before the meeting. The meeting will be hosted from the Planning Board office at Town Hall, 870 Moraine Street. A copy of the application is on file at the Planning Board office and may be inspected during regular business hours.
