Canton, Ohio 44710 Plaintiff, Janice A. Stands, has filed a Complaint for negligence and bodily injury against Defendant, James D. Harmon resulting from an automobile accident that occurred on March 15, 2023, in Perry Township, Stark County, Ohio. Plaintiff is seeking a judgment against James D. Harmon for compensation in an amount in excess of $25,000.00. James D. Harmon is required to answer the complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice that will be published once each week for six consecutive weeks.
