Legal Notice Notice is hereby given in accordance with the IDEM CGSP 3.7 (a)(2) that there is a proposed project for the construction of a warehouse with associated pavement, drainage, and grading improvements. Work is to commence during October 2025 and should be completed by October 2030. The project is located at 3521 N Home St. between. Day Rd and McKinley Hwy, Mishawaka, Indiana. This is in Penn Township, Saint Joseph County, part of the northwest quarter of Section 02, Township 37 North, Range 3 East. Receiving waters for this site is the Saint Joseph River, located south of said property.
