ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PUBLIC NOTICE
TAKE NOTICE that on the 17th day of November, 2025 at 7:30 P.M., a hearing will be held before the Township of Nutley Zoning Board of Adjustment and Members of the Public to appeal the application of the undersigned for variances or other relief to build a new one-family dwelling on the premises located at 140 Spatz Avenue and designated as Block 2502 Lot 12 on the Township of Nutley Zoning Map.
Reasons for denial:
1) Lot depth of 80' instead of 100'
2) Rear yard of 15.6' instead of 30'
3) Lot coverage of 36% instead of 35%
4) Number of stories 3 instead of 2 ½
5) Deck located 13.1' from rear line instead of 24'
6) Driveway width of 20' instead of 18'
7) as well as any other variances deemed necessary by the Board at time of hearing.
Any interested person may appear, either in person or by agent or attorney,to object to the granting of an application. Documents and plans regarding the application can be inspected at the Building Department, 1 Kennedy Drive, Nutley, New Jersey during regular business hours any day prior to the hearing date.
