LEGAL NOTICE Sitterley Law, LLC vs Zacheus Hutchinson Case No: CVI 2503274 Fairfield County Municipal Court, Small Claims Division To: Zacheus Hutchinson of Lancaster, Fairfield County, Ohio You are hereby notified that Sitterley Law, LLC, Plaintiff, has initiated a small claim complaint/action which has commenced against you and in the Fairfield County Municipal Court, Small Claims Division, Lancaster, Fairfield County, Ohio. Plaintiff asks judgment in this court against you for $5,370, plus interest from 1/21/24 at the rate of 8% per annum and costs for the claim on account for an outstanding legal fee bill owed to Plaintiff. The Court will hold trial upon this claim at the Small Claims Division of the Fairfield County Municipal Court located at 136 w. Main Street, 3rd floor, Lancaster, Ohio on Monday, December 29, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. If you do not appear at the trial, judgment may be entered against you by default, and your earnings may be subject to garnishment, or your property may be attached to satisfy the judgment. If your defense is supported by witnesses, account books, receipts or other documents, you must produce them at trial. Subpoenas for witnesses, if requested by a party, will be issued by the Clerk. If you admit the claim but desire time to pay, you may make a request at the trial. If you believe you have a claim against the Plaintiff, you must file a counterclaim with the court and must serve the Plaintiff and all other parties with a copy of the counterclaim at least seven (7) days prior to the date of the trial of the Plaintiff's claim.
