Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the annual election of the Eaton Fire District No.1, pursuant to Section 175 of Town Law of the State of New York, shall be held on the 9th day of December 2025 at the Eaton Fire District Station in the Hamlet of Eaton between the hours of 6pm and 9pm Eastern Standard Time, for the purpose of electing one Fire Commissioner for a term of five years. All qualified voters, pursuant to the laws of the State of New York, who are residents of the Eaton Fire District No.1, shall be eligible to vote. Candidates desiring their names be presented for Eaton Fire District office shall file their names at least ten days before the election with the District Secretary of the District.
