Legal Notice Ingredion Incorporated, 1515 Drover Street, Indianapolis, IN 46221, is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Cogeneration Project located in the southeast corner of the 1515 Drover Street property (Part of the West Half of Section 14, Township 15 North, Range 3 East, Center Township, Marion County, Indiana). Run-off from the project site will drain into the site's existing combined sewer system. Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to Kenton J.
