Legal Notice The City of Mansfield is seeking to engage the services of a qualified professional engineering firm to provide construction inspection and construction administration services for capital improvement projects at the City of Mansfield Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). The selected firm will support construction activities associated with projects required to maintain compliance with the City's Ohio EPA Director's Final Findings and Orders (DFFOs) and NPDES permit requirements, including on-site inspection, construction administration, and coordination with City staff, the design engineer, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Services will be provided on a task-order basis under a multi-year professional services agreement. Firms responding to this Request for Qualifications shall be of adequate size and sufficiently staffed to perform the professional services described. Letters of Interest must be received no later than 4:00 PM on January 16, 2026. Responses received after this date and time will not be considered.
