Legal Notice Public Notice of Intent to Amend and/or Alter Superintendent's Contract Please take notice that at its regularly scheduled meeting on January 27, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., the Dunellen Board of Education will hold a public hearing on a proposed new five-year employment contract for Superintendent Daniel J. Ross, Esq., that will replace his current contract, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:11-11 and N.J.A.C. 6A:23A-3.1(c)(1). The hearing will be held at the Lincoln Middle School Cafetorium, 400 Dunellen Ave., Dunellen, NJ 08812. The proposed new contract will be posted on the District's website on or about the time when the meeting agenda is posted. The Board will seek community input before it votes that evening to rescind the Superintendent's current employment contract and replace it with a new employment contract.
