Legal Notice RSMC, LLC was dissolved effective December 31, 2025. This notice is published, pursuant to ORS 60.644, to notify any creditors of RSMC, LLC of the dissolution and provide a final opportunity to make claims against the company. To file a claim, a creditor must send a letter describing the claim to the address listed below. The letter must contain all of the following: (1) A detailed written description of the products or services and the dates they were provided to RSMC, LLC. A copy of the relevant itemized invoice would fulfill this requirement; (2) A copy of any correspondence, including billing statements, between the creditor and RSMC, LLC related to the claim; and (3) The name, address, and telephone number of a creditor contact regarding the claim. Claims must be sent to Claudio Zanin, 2400 Hartman Lane, Springfield, OR 97477.
