NOTICE TO FILE APPLICATIONS FOR QUALIFIED OPEN-SPACE LAND VALUATION, AND APPLICATIONS FOR EXEMPTIONS: To all persons owning or controlling as agents or otherwise, any personal or real property subject to appraisal by the Lubbock Central Appraisal District. I, Tim Radloff, Chief Appraiser/Administrator for said Lubbock Central Appraisal District, pursuant to Section 11.43 and 11.44, Chapter 11; Sections 23.43, 23.54, 23.75 and 23.9804, Chapter 23, Texas Property Tax Code, give notice on behalf of Lubbock Central Appraisal District, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, to said owners and agents to file all applications for qualified open-space land valuations, and applications for exemptions with the said Appraisal District before May 1, 2026, at 2109 Avenue Q, Post Office Box 10542, Lubbock, Texas 79408, telephone (806) 762-5000.
