LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of North Castle will receive sealed bids for the purchase of Pre-cast Concrete Structures including catch basins and inlets. Bids will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, 15 Bedford Road, Armonk, New York 10504 up until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Complete specifications and bid forms may be obtained on or after March 18, 2026 at the following link: https://www.northcastleny.com/bids.aspx. Potential bidders who have downloaded the Bid Documents shall provide their contact information to highway@northcastleny.com in the event any addendums to the Bid Documents are issued.
