LEGAL NOTICE STATE OF NEW YORK COUNTY OF WESTCHESTER TOWN/VILLAGE OF HARRISON THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK TO: MICHAEL GIORDANO, Receiver of Taxes of the Town/Village of Harrison, in said County: Westchester YOU ARE HEARBY COMMANDED, pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 386 of the Laws of 1962, as amended to receive and collect from the several persons named and the several parcels of property described in the Assessment Roll hereunto annexed and herewith delivered to you, the sum total of State &County taxes and assessments set opposite the respective names of said persons and the several parcels of said property in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 386 of the Laws of 1962, as amended, and the act amendatory thereof and supplemental thereto, together with the penalties prescribed for the neglect to pay the State & County taxes and assessments after the levy thereof. AND YOU ARE HEREBY DIRECTED to deposit to the credit of the Town/Village of Harrison in the Chase Manhattan Bank N.A., NBW Division, Harrison Office, at Harrison, New York, all such moneys so collected by you by virtue of this warrant. AND YOU ARE FURTHR COMMANDED TO make and file with the undersigned SUPERVISOR/MAYOR of the TOWN/VILLAGE OF HARRISON, as required by Chapter 386 of the Laws of 1962, as amended, the reports provided for therein.
