LEGAL NOTICE The Mogadore Village Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint PUBLIC HEARING on July 15, 2026, at 5:15 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Mogadore Municipal Building, 135 South Cleveland Avenue, Mogadore, Ohio. At the public hearing, the Council and Planning Commission will consider the Village's draft ordinance for the rezoning of the following real property from R-1 Residential District to PUD District: Parcel Number: A portion of PPN 38-046-00-00-047-000 consisting of 0.7676 acres* Address: Vacant land on North Cleveland Avenue, Mogadore, Ohio 44260 * Please note that the above parcel number will change, and may change before the aforementioned hearing. The documentation to finalize the annexation of the 0.7676 acres is currently under review by Portage County Tax Maps. Upon recordation of the annexation documents, the 0.7676 acres will be assigned a new parcel number by the Portage County Auditor. Any person interested will be afforded an opportunity to be heard.
