To: John Does Identities and Addresses Unknown Being the individuals and/or entities who may claim any rights or leasehold interests related to the oil and gas minerals underlying Parcel Nos. 22-0000263.000, 22-0000263.002, 22-0000263.003, 22-0000263.004, or 22-0000262.000, located in Madison Township, Guernsey County, Ohio (the "Property"). Pursuant to Civ.R. 4.4(A), this LEGAL NOTICE serves to notify you that a Complaint has been filed against you in the above-captioned matter by Plaintiffs, Leg-Cor Investments, LLC and Anna D. Hershberger, as the fee owners of the oil and gas mineral estates underlying said Property, and Plaintiff, Harrier Hawk Oil & Gas LLC, being the lessee of the oil and gas mineral rights underlying said Property, asserting claims for declaratory judgment quieting Plaintiffs' respective title as to any adverse claims of interest that may exist related to the Property, a breach/termination of a certain Oil and Gas Lease dated August 11, 1977, recorded in Guernsey County Lease Book 79, Page 939 (the "Lease"), and injunctive relief and specific performance related thereto. The above-described John Doe Defendants may claim rights or interests related to the Property and/or Lease. The current identities and residential addresses of any such John Doe Defendants could not be ascertained despite the exercise of reasonable diligence, and therefore service via this Publication is necessary. Pursuant to Civ.R. 4.4(A)(1), any such interested John Doe Defendants are required to answer or respond to Plaintiffs' Complaint within twenty-eight days of the date of this Publication.
