Legal Notice Templeton Conservation Commission 80 Rainbow Drive – Notice of Intent NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, that a public hearing will be held on a Notice of Intent filed by MaryAnn DiPinto of Three Oaks Environmental on behalf of Rick & Lori-Jo Oliver of Templeton. Project location is 80 Rainbow Drive at the Templeton Fish and Game Club. Map 4-11. Parcel TF&G.80. Description of project is the replacement of a deck with a 3-season room within the 100-foot buffer zone of a wetland known as Partridgeville Pond. The hearing will be held on July 20, 2026 @ 6:30 PM at Templeton Town Hall. Any person wishing to be heard concerning the above application should appear at the time and place indicated above.
