Public Notice: The Columbus and Franklin County Metro Parks (Metro Parks) is issuing a request for Statement of Qualifications to select a team consisting of professional design and engineering consultants and a general contractor to create a wetland at Prairie Oaks Metro Park, Franklin County, Ohio. Professional design services mean services within the scope of practice of an architect or landscape architect registered under Chapter 4703 of the Ohio Revised Code and a professional engineer registered under Chapter 4733 of the Ohio Revised Code.
Submitted Statements of Qualifications shall address the items detailed in the Request for Qualifications, Design Build Project, Prairie Oaks Roberts Road Wetland, Prairie Oaks Metro Park to be considered. The project is subject to Prevailing Wage requirements of Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4115.
